The Retirement Board May Discuss and Take Possible Action on CCCERA’s Implementation of the Amendment to Government Code Section 31461 of the County Employee’s Retirement Law of 1937 (AB 197).

This Implementation is of Interest to all Current Active and Deferred Members

The Retirement Board May Discuss and Take Action on the Following:

Closed Session

The Board will go into closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(b).

Open Session – Begins at 10:00 AM

Pledge of Allegiance.
Accept comments from the public.
Educational presentation on changes to Government Code Section 31461 ( AB 197) and the effect on terminal pay as used in the calculation of final average salary for active and deferred CCCERA members.
Consider and take possible action to direct staff regarding implementation of changes to Government Code Section 31461 (AB 197).
