The Retirement Board May Discuss and Take Action on the Following:

  2. Accept comments from the public.
  3. Approve minutes from the August 29 and September 12, 2012 meetings.

  4. The Board will continue in closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(b).
  5. The Board will continue in closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(a) to confer with legal counsel regarding: Board of Retirement v. County of Contra Costa, et al., Alameda County Superior Court, Case No. RG 11-608520.
