First Monthly Retirement Board Meeting
The Retirement Board May Discuss and Take Action on the Following:
- Pledge of Allegiance.
- Accept comments from the public.
- Approve minutes from the February 22, 2012 meeting.

- Approve service and disability allowances.
- Accept disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.
- Approve death benefits.
- Consider and take possible action regarding request from City
of Pittsburg to amend its Termination Agreement with CCCERA.

and Altius Associates on Real Assets.

Closed Session
- The Board will go into closed session under Gov. Code §54957 to consider the Hearing Officer’s recommendation regarding the disability application for Sylvia Bustos-Sancen.
- The Board will continue in closed session under Gov. Code §54956.9(a) Board of Retirement v. County of Contra Costa, et al.
Open Session
- Staff presentation regarding allowing members to designate
more than one person under Optional Settlement 4 (Govt. Code
§31764).
Presentation Material - Consider and take possible action to adopt Optional
Settlement 4 Policy in accordance with Govt. Code §31764.
Presentation Material - Consider and take possible action on staff recommendation for
the addition of one Retirement Accountant position.
